C-Governance @IARE

C-Governance in Institute of Aeronautical Engineering incorporates the latest cloud based technology to bring an C-Governance system that are necessary to successfully handle all of the challenges of run an educational institution. Automating every unit of an academic institution, it provides real time information processing and knowledge management. It is an integrated solution that facilitates the processing and maintenance of large volumes of information to its stakeholder. C-Governance in IARE has changed the way administration from 2015 onwards.

Appropriate security measures are taken for maintaining confidentiality and integrity of data using Amazon Web Services (AWS).

The C-Governance system is designed to make the system user-friendly, time saving and cost saving also. Many of them are flexible enough to adapt to the changing educational environment efficiently and quickly. ARE has established C-Governance initiatives on their own, the comprehensive C-Governance solution would convert all such systems in place into common modules and integrate existing data and solutions with the new system in institute. IARE is providing C-Governance services to admin office, student, staff, library, examination cell and placement cell.

Student Admission is carried out through the Students Module of CMS. The college website act as a mirror of the college information. Admission and online transaction interfaces are provided on the CMS login. College is having a full time web developer and team members. Alumni portal is provided on website for the information of pass out students. The College is processing all admissions in online mode. This will cover admissions to all courses whether B.Tech, M.Tech and MBA courses. Students are also able to obtain maximum services like transfer certificates, bonafide certificates, admit card, custodian certificate, grade sheet and transcript etc. in online mode. Pre-admission/Admission Management
