The synergy of academics and research has catapult IARE into the illustrious circle of best peer institutions.

Key features of the space include

  • Product Design and Prototyping – these facilities enable the students to realize their ideas into prototype models in the process of developing innovative products.
  • Computer Aided Design (CAD) and Computer Aided Manufacturing (CAM) Technologies – the students are fully trained on CAE software’s and industry standard CNC machining and turning centers to enhance the employment opportunities to meet the local and national requirement of CNC programmers/engineers.
  • Additive Manufacturing (3D Printing) – the innovative ideas are translated to 3D printed models there by reducing the product design lead time.
  • Metalwork and Welding – the state-of-the-art casting, metal forming welding and machining facilities are utilized by the students in completing their mini/major projects and products.
  • Electronics Design, Assembly, and Manufacturing – the students are facilitated to design and develop simple electronic circuits to demonstrate its working using Mechatronic technology.
  • Industrial Metrology (Measurement and Verification) – the students are encouraged to practice DIRFT (do it right for first time) by hands on experience with standard Metrology equipment to inculcate the quality is part of product life management cycle (PLM).
