It is a matter of great pride that the Institute of Aeronautical Engineering (IARE) is ranked one among the Top 200 best Engineering colleges as per NIRF (National Institutional Ranking Framework), Ministry of Education (MoE), Govt. of India since 2017.

Establishment

The establishment section mainly deals with the following duties

  • Maintaining teaching and non-teaching attendance and acquittance registers.
  • Processing pay bill, TDS, professional tax, provident fund, employee group insurance policy.
  • Maintaining personal files, service record, leave records of teaching, non-teaching and supporting staff.
  • Staff requirement/selection/appointment, staff selection committee minutes, etc.
  • Correspondence with University, Government, DTE, AICTE, etcregarding the establishment.
  • Issue of Increment for both teaching, non-teaching and supporting staff.
  • Earned Leave, medical leave, paternity leave, maternity leave, vacation, on-duty, office orders, service certificate, relieving orders, circulars & notices, etc of teaching, non-teaching and supporting staff.
  • Maintaining confidential reports of teaching/non-teaching staff increments and their correspondence.

Faculty recruitment procedure is as per the AICTE norms, which is given below

Faculty for B.Tech / MBA programs is as per the faculty : student ratio i.e. 1:20 and cadre ratio is 1:2:6 (1 Professor; 2 Associate Professors; 6 Assistant Professors).

Faculty for M.Techprograms is as per the faculty : student ratio i.e. 1:12 and cadre ratio is 1:1:1 (1 Professor;1 Associate Professor; 1 Assistant Professor).

Qualification, eligibility criteria, pay and pay scale are as per the AICTE / State Government / J N T University Hyderabad norm.
