SkillNext Program

IARE offers the SkillNext Program to empower students with next-generation technologies, advanced industry skills, and innovation-driven learning experiences. The program is designed to prepare students for emerging career opportunities by integrating technical expertise, professional competencies, and real-world project exposure. SkillNext enables learners to move beyond foundational knowledge and gain specialization in high-demand domains aligned with future industry requirements.

  • B.Tech III, IV, V and VI Semester

The program is designed for students starting from III semester. At the entry level students are focused on Data Structures and Algorithm with a strong foundation of Core Java concepts.

In IV semester students will be introduced to Competitive Coding, Designing Database Solutions using MySQL and solving hands-on programs in multiple coding platforms.

In V and VI semester, students will learn additionall Creative Coding, Java Full Stack, Web and App development along with previous semester courses. Additionally students receive intensive training through industry-oriented courses, project-based learning, hackathons, certifications, coding challenges, and mentorship from experts.

In the initial phase, students strengthen their software development skills through advanced programming practices, system design concepts, database optimization, and full-stack application development. They also gain exposure to cloud-native architectures, API development, and scalable software engineering methodologies.

In the advanced phase, students specialize in emerging domains such as Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Deep Learning, Data Science, Generative AI, Cloud Computing, Cyber Security, DevOps, and Mobile Application Development. The curriculum emphasizes practical implementation through case studies, hackathons, industry projects, and innovation challenges.

Students will also be trained in professional communication, quantitative aptitude, logical reasoning, interview preparation, resume building, portfolio development, GitHub practices, LinkedIn branding, and industry readiness. The program encourages participation in internships, certifications, research activities, and product development initiatives to enhance employability and career growth.
