To become a leading force in Artificial Intelligence with skills and knowledge to develop innovative and sustainable AI solutions and AI based ventures.

The department's vision is pursued with regards to the Institute’s vision, holistic dimensions and their objectives via four value-creation chains:

- Leading AI Department
The department prepares students to excel in Artificial Intelligence by providing advanced knowledge, hands-on experience, and research exposure. They are trained to work on interdisciplinary projects and real-world industry problems, developing leadership qualities in the process. With access to modern labs, expert faculty, and global collaborations, students gain strong technical and analytical skills. They are encouraged to innovate, think critically, and contribute to the academic and industrial growth of AI. This makes the department a recognized hub of excellence, shaping future-ready AI professionals.

- Sustainable AI Solutions
Students are guided to design AI systems that address real-world issues while ensuring sustainability and inclusivity. Responsibly approaching the Institute’s role in the society and the significance of the created added-value, and taking into consideration the needs of stakeholders, the following missions are stipulated:

M1: Imparting Strong Foundational and Advanced Knowledge in Artificial Intelligence & Machine Learning
The department equips students with in-depth theoretical and practical knowledge in AI and ML. Programs are designed to cover both core fundamentals and advanced emerging technologies. Curriculum is continuously updated to align with research advancements and industry trends. Students gain technical skills alongside problem-solving, teamwork, and communication abilities. This prepares them to design and implement innovative AI solutions at a global level.

M2: Fostering AI-based Entrepreneurship, Innovation, and Industry Collaboration
