Career Guidance and Counselling

OBJECTIVES

To assist students in acquiring the required knowledge, information, abilities, and experience to discover professional alternatives and restrict them down to a single choice. This professional choice has a long-term impact on their social, financial, and emotional well-being.

CAREER GUIDANCE

The career guidance wing hosts seminars with internal and external resource persons to discuss higher education options in India and overseas, job possibilities, and industry skill set requirements. The responsibilities of this wing are:

Organizing programs to raise awareness about the value of higher education in India and abroad.
Organize programs for competitive tests such as the CAT, GRE, and GMAT, as well as guide higher education.
To plan and deliver a variety of personal development, soft skills, and communication skill programs.
Arrange for Pre-Placement Training so that students may demonstrate their abilities at the interview.

IARE has started one to one interaction session as JAAN-PAHCHAAN and DARPAN to guide the students on choosing the right path for their career.

JAAN-PAHCHAAN: Jaan-Pahchaan is an unique program conducted at IARE for first year students to build ease with the Principal and get the opportunity to share their career options and learn from his ideology.

DARPAN: Darpan is unique initiative of IARE, which enables students to plan their professional career right in their second year and then work towards their plans for the next two years. It is a LIFE DESIGN WORKSHOP to shape the future of the students. With an attempt to make student aware about this unique initiative, Career Development Center is organizing a Pre-Darpan workshop under the guidance of Principal. The workshop is started with an objective to make student aware about themselves and ways to introspect and why to introspect about themselves.

CAREER COUNSELING

The career counseling wing helps students on realize what he/she can do in their specialization. By counseling and supporting them to eliminate insecurities. Make them more confident to take decisions based on their interests, resulting in long-term contentment with their choices.
